Join a leading construction team delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes in beautiful Cairns. Evolve Talent is seeking experienced Carpenters to be part of a long-term residential project. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on premium builds while working with a highly respected and supportive crew.

• $50–$55 per hour
• Accommodation and meals provided

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on luxury residential homes
• Deliver high-quality finishing work with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with builders, trades, and site managers
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

About You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
• EWP under 11m Ticket (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential carpentry
• Own reliable transport and carpentry tools
• Valid White Card and appropriate PPE
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship
